DISCLAIMER
The European MiFID Template (“EMT”) and European PRIIPs template (“EPT”) are industry designed solutions for the provision of product related information (including when relevant for the EMT or EPT target market, costs and charges and information about the appropriate channels of distribution) to distributors and insurers respectively.  The EMTs and EPTs for the AXA IM Funds have been prepared on a voluntary basis to assist distributors and insurers in meeting their regulatory obligations.  The target market, and any negative target market, for each AXA IM Fund has been determined based on AXA IM’s theoretical knowledge of, and past experience with, the relevant AXA IM Fund or similar funds, the financial markets and the needs, characteristics and objectives of potential end clients.  The costs and charges disclosed in the EMTs and EPTs represent AXA IM’s current best estimate and may be revised from time to time on an on-going basis (including, but not limited to, when full-year data will be available in Q1 2018 to compute updated figures or in case of enhancement of the calculation methodology used).  It is your obligation to ensure that you (i) understand the EMT, EPT and any other relevant fund materials provided to you and (ii) where you distribute AXA IM Funds, determine a distribution strategy and target and negative target market (at a sufficiently granular level) using both the EMT and the information you have on your own client base.  The provision of the EMT and the EPT is without prejudice to your other obligations under applicable laws and regulations in relation to the conduct of your business, including disclosure to clients, product governance arrangements and assessing suitability and appropriateness.  Please note that each EMT and EPT has been prepared on the basis of the industry practice and guidance in the home state of the relevant AXA IM Fund, which may not be in line with the practice and guidance of funds in the jurisdictions in which you operate.  Both the EMT and EPT are subject to change and you should ensure that you have the latest version.  If you require any further information on the AXA IM Funds or have any questions regarding a particular EMT or EPT, you should contact your local AXA IM representative.
